Scott and Michele Evans moved to Camp Verde from Des Moines, Iowa, in 2007. They've been part of Calvary Chapel Camp Verde in various roles since then, and Scott became the senior pastor in 2015. Married since 1991, they have one daughter, Bailey, who lives in Camp Verde with her husband, Thomas. Their sons, Sebastiane and Max, are in college and live in Camp Verde or Flagstaff, depending on the school calendar. Most importantly, Scott, Michele, and their family are sold-out for Christ and are committed to His will in their family, church, and community.
Neely and Krista Lewis moved to the Camp Verde area from Colorado in 2020. They have served in the ministry for many years, and have been part of Calvary Chapel Camp Verde since 2021. They have three daughters and one son; Shannon who lives in Louisiana, Jennifer and her husband Ben live in Colorado and Stephanie with her husband Andy live in Massachusetts. Joseph and his wife Emma live in Apache Junction. They have five wonderful grandchildren. Neely and Krista are excited and looking forward to following Christ and His will.
David Perez was born and raised in Camp Verde, the second oldest of eight children. He began attending Calvary Chapel Camp Verde in 2009, and in 2018 began his studies to obtain an Associates in Biblical Studies at Calvary Chapel Bible College. As the Youth Director, he is in charge of teaching and cultivating relationships with the youth of our church. He is dedicated and passionate about seeking and sharing the truth.
